Carrot Idli with Little Millet

Instant Little Millet Carrot Idlis   

Step 1- Take 1 cup of Little Millet flour in a bowl. 

Step 2 - Add about 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsp curd and mix well.

 Step 3 - Add tadka of mustard and urad dal, 1 finely chopped green chilly and 1 large grated carrot. 

Step 4 - Add 1/4th tsp. of Eno or baking soda, mix well and make Idlis.


Note; Add salt to your taste.
