Sugar-less Finger Millet Laddu

Ingredients:

Sprouted Finger Millet flour – 100 gms

Almonds – 10 nos,

Cashew nuts – 10 nos and

Dry Figs – 8 – 10 Nos (depending on the sweetness required)

Grated coconut (optional)

Cardamom – 3 Nos

Ghee – 50 grams

Procedure

Roast the dry fruits (almonds, cashew nuts and figs) in cow ghee

Slightly roast the sprouted finger millet flour and allow it to cool

Coarsely grind the cardamom, roasted dry fruits and mix it well with the roasted Finger Millet flour.

Blend the mixture again for two minutes and mix with grated coconut. (Optional)

Add cow ghee and roll it into laddus.

Note : The powder (without adding coconut) can also be stored and used for making this quick, healthy and sugar-less laddus as a snack.
