Ingredients:
Barnyard millet - 1 cup
Sabudana / Javarisi - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger green chilly paste - 1 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp (Optional)
Oil - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup (approx)
Red chilli - a pinch
Pepper -a pinch
Tempering.
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Green chilli - 2 slit
Sugar - 2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Method -

wash and soak the millet for an hour and fan dry it.

grind sabudana to a powder, grind millet to a coarse powder like Rava.

add rest of the ingredients, mix water to adjust consistency. Let this batter rest for at-least 30 mins.

Finally just before cooking mix eno with oil and add it. Transfer it to a greased plate

Sprinkle some red chilli powder & pepper

Steam it in a preheated steamer for 10-15 mins till skewer comes out clean.

Let it cool and cut .

heat oil add mustard, sesame, curry leaves & green chillis. Then add sugar & water and boil

Pour this in the Dhokla and enjoy with spicy mint chutney.
